Like many innovations, Chefscape™ was created after it’s founders, and their affiliated company, Union 3Sixty5™, owners/operators of several Food Trucks in the DC Metro area, encountered a problem finding a space to rent for their Food Truck depot outside of DC proper. What they needed was a convenient and affordable space for the hard work and grit that goes into running a small food business. What they created, is a shared kitchen and event space that provides food entrepreneurs with the space to carve out their own business landscape and the services and support for those businesses to blossom and grow.
The Chefscape landscape is a mixture of hardworking kitchen space and polished office space. The shared commercial kitchen provides 1,800+ square feet of working space, equipped with the industry’s leading brands in commercial kitchen equipment, 24/7 access and monitoring, and onsite parking. For the polish, Chefscape provides a conference room, flat screen TV and white board equipment to support it’s members in growing their business to the next level.
Food businesses are not cookie cutter and neither are our membership options. We offer both memberships and hourly rental options to fit everyone, from a few hours a month to several hours a week. Members will benefit from a wide selection of business support services designed to help them start and grow their food business and navigate the certification and regulatory landscape.
