At ChefScape, guests are limited only by their own imagination.
Our unique spaces can accommodate up to 500 guests in a variety of configurations throughout our facility. We have packages for food, wine and sprits pairings, tastings, receptions, corporate retreats, special occasions and private culinary classes.

Cocktail Style Options
- COCKTAIL STYLE -
Stationed and/or passed hors d’oeuvres.
Select four (4) passed hors d’oeuvres from our catering cocktail menu for $20 per person per hour.
Culinary displays range from $5 to $15 per person.
Pricing does not include wine or non-alcoholic beverages. Available for up to 200 guests.
- TASTING EXPERIENCE -
$25 per person / $50 with canapé pairing
Our Tasting Experience is a perfect way to enjoy an educational tasting of six (6) wines or spirits while networking with colleagues or enjoying time with friends & family. We provide three tasting stations each with a wine or spirits educator pouring & explaining wines or spirits for your guests. Pricing is for a one-hour event. Available for up to 75 guests.
Buffet & Plated Options
- BUFFET LUNCHEON/DINNER -
Depending on your choices from our catering menu, prices range from $25 per person luncheon and $45 per person dinner.
Our seasonal buffet offers terrific options for lunch or dinner. Featuring a choice of salad, side, main entrée and dessert. Available up to 100 guests.
- PLATED LUNCHEON -
Starting from $25 per person three (3) course
Perfect for a networking event, an afternoon with friends or an off-site business lunch! Our luncheon is perfect for bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate outings & more! Available up to 100 guests.
- PLATED DINNER -
Starting from $55 per person three (3) course / $75 per person five (5) course
A more formal occasion perfect for rehearsal dinners or a special outing. Add wine or spirits pairings for $20 for three (3) pairings or $35 for five (5) pairings. Available up to 100 guests.
Corporate Packages
ALL DAY BUSINESS / $65 per person
Pricing includes private space from 9am - 4pm, continental breakfast & platter luncheon, afternoon snack display, beverage service, screen, projector and flip charts. See space layouts for number of attendees. Buffet luncheon available for an additional $20 per person.

HALF DAY BUSINESS / $30 per person
Pricing includes private space for 4 hours, continental breakfast OR platter luncheon depending on time of day, beverage service, screen, projector and flip charts. See space layouts for number of attendees. Buffet luncheon available for an additional $20 per person.

SMELLS LIKE "TEAM SPIRIT" / $60 per person
We start with a presentation from our Spirits Partner about characteristics and how to assess a spirit i.e., Smooth vs. Rough, Aroma and Distillation. Guests break into teams of 5 to 10 people. Each guest will taste through 4 - 5 spirits and try to determine their defining characteristics. The winning team receives a bottle for each team member.

IRON CHEF / $65 per person
Have a fun afternoon with your team enjoying a private culinary class led by one of our talented culinary instructors. Guests break into teams and compete with one another to make the most delicious creation!
Wine Packages
HOUSE WINE PACKAGE / $15 per person
for first hour and $5 per person for each additional hour
Features a selection of three (3) wines from our house offering. Table side wine service is an additional $5 per person. Includes soft drink package.
PREMIUM WINE PACKAGE / $20 per person
for first hour and $6 per person each additional hour
Features a selection of four (4) wines from our premium offering. Table side wine service is an additional $6 per person. Includes soft drink package.
CASH BAR OR BOTTLE SERVICE / Range $8 to $15 per glass or bottles from our wine list
Features wines by-the-glass available for purchase or we can serve any bottles from our wine list. This feature is a cash bar.

Our 2,000 square foot event center features it's own private entrance and is capable of housing 100 people for a seated dinner or up to 200 for a cocktail buffet.
- Rental Includes -
6' folding tables and white resin folding chairs w/ padded seats for up to 85 and use of our adjoining 700 square foot SRS/Fortessa sponsored culinary studio complete with an abundance of tools and equipment. Perfect as a Chef's event catering kitchen or used as an additional serving room for guests.

Event Center Space Rental Only
Our 700 square foot SRS/Fortessa sponsored Culinary Studio can be utilized on its own to create cooking classes, team building events, birthday parties and more!

Cooking and baking equipment, refrigeration, small appliances, a variety of tools including burners, cutting boards, knives, mixing bowls, utensils and other items.

Culinary Studio Rental Only
Food Hall, Bar & Stage
Our 5000 square foot casual dining food hall, bar and stage area can be utilized a number of ways to serve guests in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
Perfect for large corporate, fundraising, and customer appreciation events. Available for full or partial buyout with an variety of catered food and custom bar options.
Smaller groups of 100 or less can also host a "bar take over" for a unique and fun guest experience.
