Rental FAQ

​

Rental Details:

  • We will arrive 1 hour prior to service for set-up and provide 3 hours of service unless otherwise contracted.

  • Coordination of bar placement (where the bar will/will not fit) is required with contract. Upon arrival at event, ChefScape/Bubbles & Brews staff reserve final say on placement to minimize any possible risk of damage to unit.

  • Additional service at location: Is charged per head according to your alcohol package.

  • Additional requested bartenders over and above what is recommended: $200.00 each.

  • 75+ guests, we recommend 2 servers. 125+ guests, we recommend 3 servers. 

  • Disposable, recyclable cups are available: $75/1,000 count box (9oz/12oz)

  • We can provide a quiet generator if power is not reliable/otherwise available: $200.00

  • ChefScape provides all alcohol, mixers and garnishes required under our ABC Alcohol Catering License.

  • Taxes and a minimum gratuity will be added to final invoice: 6% VA sales + 3.5% Local tax + 22% service.

  • Final payment required at the conclusion of the event.

 

Don't wait:

Dates book 12-18 months in advance. A deposit of 50% with contract is required to secure your date, final payment is due 30 days prior to your event date.  
50% of your deposit is refundable within 14 days from date of signed contract.

We Love to Travel, Non-Local Event Considerations:

  • Travel exceeding a 1 hour radius from 1602 Village Market Blvd. Leesburg, VA 20175: $75 an hour, tolls not included.

  • For an evening event 2 or more hours away: overnight charges apply, please ask for a quote.
