Chef Robert Reffell is originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa but was trained here in the States, acquiring a Culinary degree from the Art Institute of Washington. His background ranges from Hotels, to Healthcare and Catering. Chef Refell is classically trained and although he specializes in Nouvelle Cuisine, he is able to custom tailor the menu to the client and the occasion. His eclectic menu includes such specialties as Honey Roasted Parsnips Soup, Bacon Wrapped Lobster Skewers and Seared Scallops w/Blood orange sauce!
