KOVI – Asian Street Food
KOVI – Asian Street Food – is an exciting new Asian fast casual concept that specializes in fusing healthy and organic Korean/Vietnamese cuisine. Our menu includes slow braised short ribs, Dak Galbi Lemongrass chicken, slow roasted caramelized pork, and organic lemongrass tofu in your choice of Korean BBQ Tacos, Banh Mi sandwiches, Rice bowls, or Salad bowls.
CHEF VI NGUYEN
From the time Vi was 11 years old and working with his mother in their family owned café style restaurant, he began developing a passion for food and people. Vi, our chef and co-founder, is a classically trained chef where he studied at L’Academie de Cuisine and worked under chef Fabio Traboochio at Maestro, Ritz Carlton during his internship. With over 29 years experience in the hospitality industry and 15 years of professional leadership, Vi has extensive knowledge in all areas of restaurant including BOH and FOH, full service , fast casual, Hotel and Resort management.
